These are named Tech 1 modules...

Only available from NPCRats in missions or belts.

I'm afraid no one can build them for you.

For all modules it is worth looking at the 'Variations' tab under the 'Info' (and use the 'Compare' facility). There will nearly always be a Tech 1 version (with a simple name and a 'I' at the end) and a Tech II version. And, normally, 4 named variants increasing in ability (Meta Levels 1-4).

All Tech I's can be built by players (BPOs are available), Tech II's (whilst there are still players with the BPOs) can be invented.

As a total aside, you will nearly always find that you can get almost the same effect for a fraction of the cost by using the '2nd Best' as opposed to the 'best' of the named stuff - in this case using 'Compressed' instead of 'Prototype'.

That all said, and all Corp's are different, are there any, or close, available to you in a shared hanger?

I will pass on to the compressed coil gun, which is, as you stated it, fairly less expensive for very few drawbacks. I think I'll look in the corp hangar if there are any available.

I would love to have the tech II 200m railgun, but i'm still far way from the required skills.
